Bread, which is proofed and baked following ancient baking traditions, is eaten by people all over the world. Valuable Lithuanian bread baking experience is appreciated by the United States of America, Canada, Australia, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Ireland and England. Frozen bread of ‘Klaipėdos duona’ is exported to these countries.

The modern manufacturing technology, isolated room for refrigerating bread and full necessary equipment are purchased and installed in JSC ‘Klaipėdos duona’. Baked bread is frozen in the shock freezing chamber, where temperature reaches -40 degrees C. Frozen bread is kept in the modern refrigerators. The quality and flavour characteristics of frozen bread have no difference comparing to bread, baked for Lithuanian market. Bread is baked according to the old bread baking traditions – the process from making scalded flour to baked bread lasts around twenty-four hours. All export products you can find here.
